CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – TRIPTOUR NOW

1. Cancellations made by the customer

Each listing on TripTour Now includes a specific cancellation window defined by the provider. This timeframe is clearly stated in the offer description and must be accepted by the customer at the time of booking.

If the customer cancels within the timeframe specified by the provider, a full or partial refund will be processed, as outlined in the offer.

If the cancellation is made outside of the allowed timeframe, the provider has the right to retain part or all of the amount, depending on what was originally stated.

All refunds will be credited to the customer’s internal balance within the TripTour Now app.

2. Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances

If the reservation cannot take place due to serious external circumstances (such as natural disasters, official closures, government restrictions, etc.), each case will be reviewed and may result in:

  • A full or partial refund
  • Or a credit to the user’s account for future use

Supporting documentation or evidence may be required to process this exception.

3. Cancellations made by the provider

If a provider cancels a confirmed reservation before its scheduled start:

  • The customer will receive a full and immediate refund
  • They may also be offered a similar alternative experience at no additional cost

4. Refunds and account balance

All refunds are processed directly to the user's internal balance within TripTour Now, which can be used for future bookings or sent to other users.

Once the refund is processed, the customer will be notified via email.

5. Refund requests due to service issues

If the customer believes the service received did not match the listing (e.g., service not provided, conditions not as described, major discrepancies), they may request a full or partial refund within 72 hours after the scheduled end of the experience.

The user must provide evidence (photos, screenshots, conversations, etc.). The TripTour Now support team will review the case and make a decision based on service quality and fulfillment standards.

6. Responsibility of the vendor or service provider

Refunds are primarily the responsibility of the vendor, supplier, or service provider. TripTour Now acts only as an intermediary platform and does not issue refunds directly to users, except as outlined in the above cancellation policies.

The approval, amount, and method of any refund remain at the discretion of the vendor, unless it falls under TripTour Now’s exceptional or provider-cancellation clauses.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a refund, please contact the vendor or service provider directly through the communication channels provided in the app. TripTour Now will support the process as an intermediary when necessary but holds no direct responsibility for the outcome.
