Inactive Data: Accounts that show no activity for 24 consecutive months will be flagged for automatic deletion of non-essential personal data.

3. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA REMOVAL

We provide all users with the right to delete their information and close their accounts.

How to request deletion:
Users can initiate the deletion process by contacting support at [email protected] or through the Account Settings section in the app.

Specific Deletion Terms: Due to the nature of our marketplace, if a user has pending sales, active bookings, or unresolved financial transactions, the account cannot be deleted instantly. A manual review period of up to 10 business days will be applied to ensure all commercial obligations are fulfilled before the permanent removal of data.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption and secure database protocols, to prevent unauthorized access or loss.

5. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with payment processors and verified tour operators when necessary to complete a booking you have requested.

6. CONSENT AND WITHDRAWAL

By using TripTour Now, you consent to our data practices. You may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to the commercial review mentioned in Section 3.

7. AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
