By downloading, registering, or using the TripTour Now app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
TripTour Now is a digital platform that connects users (clients) with local tourism service providers in the Dominican Republic. Through the app, you can browse, book, and pay for excursions, accommodations, day passes, transfers, local experiences, and more.
To use the app, you must register with a valid email address. All information provided must be true, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You can make bookings and pay directly through the app using credit/debit cards, supported cryptocurrencies (such as USDC, USDT, etc.), or other available payment methods based on your location.
All prices and offer conditions are set by the service providers.
TripTour Now does not charge hidden fees. However, external payment processors may apply service fees.
Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which you can view before confirming your booking.
Cancellations made outside of the provider’s allowed time window are not eligible for full refunds, as the service has already been allocated.
If a provider cancels or in the case of force majeure, a refund or app credit may be issued.
You will receive notifications via email or in-app regarding your bookings, account status, and updates.
You can communicate directly with the provider through the app’s messaging system.

TripTour Now reserves the right to suspend any account due to misuse without prior notice.
TripTour Now acts as an intermediary between the user and the provider. We are not responsible for failures in the service offered by the provider but will assist in dispute resolution when appropriate.
TripTour Now may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
